When ShipAnt fulfill orders for you we usually choose stable business courier delivery service in different countries in EU USA. However, sometimes due to address info, receipt not available, wrong phone, no pick up for long time which cause the delivery failed after local courier try to delivery within 2 to 3 times, they will notify us the package delivery failed, and it will be returned to our forwarder warehouse in local countries.

Due to the return efficiency isnt that fast versus courier service in China, it usually takes a little long time(sometimes it is more than 1 month) for the forwarder warehouse to scan the package for re-delivery. Different countries re-delivery service charges different shipping rates, usually from 10 usd to 15 usd(include return, scan and re-delivery which you can inquire), ShipAnt dont charge any fee to assist the pakcage re-delivery.

If the packages we shipped via China post service(remote area or countries business courier very expensive) delivery failed, it will be return to ShipAnt China warehouse, then the re-delivery charges will be the same as package shipping from China.
