Since we are 3PL company instead of suppliers, and we mainly provide order fulfillment service and charge service fee instead of making high profits on goods, we do not accept refund after we fulfilled orders unless there are apparently quality issues(clients photos), but we can help you negotiate with supplier for a more acceptable after sale compensation policy.

If the goods need to reship due to quality issue or broken during shipping, you can ask the clients take photos to send to us, we will evaluate and help you negotiate with suppliers, if it is the quality issue or products we fulfilled wrong, we can help you reship for free.
